Billing & Refund Policy

1. PAYMENT PROCESSOR (MERCHANT OF RECORD)

All orders and payments on our website are processed by our authorized online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for Anti-Guide.

They handle the technical processing of all transactions, billing, returns, and payment-related customer service inquiries. Lemon Squeezy independently and securely collects your payment details, including credit card information, in strict compliance with global security standards (PCI DSS) and their own privacy policy. We (Anti-Guide) do not collect, view, or store your financial information at any time.

2. PRICING AND CURRENCY

Transparency: All prices for the Anti-Guide membership and digital products are clearly displayed on the Website.
Adjustments: Prices are subject to change at any time. Active subscribers will be notified of any price adjustments via email at least 30 days before their next billing cycle.
Currency: Payments are processed in EUR. If you are paying from an account with a different base currency, your bank may apply its own exchange rate fees.

3. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Subscription Model:"Malika’s Tea: The Monthly Spill" is a recurring subscription billed at €9.88 per month. By purchasing this membership, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee and authorize our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) to automatically charge your chosen payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) at the start of each billing cycle (every month on the same day as your original purchase) until you cancel.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your sign-up date.

4. TAXES AND VAT

As the Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting Sales Tax or VAT based on your location. The final price at checkout may vary slightly depending on your local tax regulations and will include all applicable taxes required by law.

5. NO REFUND POLICY (STRICT)

Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access granted upon purchase, Anti-Guide operates a strict NO REFUND policy:

Digital Products: All one-time purchases (guides, downloads, individual masterclasses, etc.) are final. No refunds will be issued once the purchase is complete.
Membership: Once a recurring payment is processed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds or credits for any remaining days in your current billing cycle, partial months, or past billing periods. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to be charged.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your Anti-Guide subscription at any time.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, log into your member account, navigate to Account, select Plan, and click Cancel subscription. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. When you cancel, you will not be billed again, but you will retain full access to the membership portal and the Telegram community until the end of your current paid billing period.
Timing: To avoid the next charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Anti-Guide content until the end of your current paid billing period, after which access will be terminated.

7. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a recurring payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), Lemon Squeezy will automatically attempt to re-charge the card. If payments remain unsuccessful, your access to the Anti-Guide membership and private content will be automatically suspended until the balance is settled.

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

We encourage you to contact us at hi@anti-guide.com or Lemon Squeezy support if you have any issues with your purchase. Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in:

Immediate and permanent termination of access to all Anti-Guide services.
Potential legal action to recover lost funds and administrative costs.

9. SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All payment information is encrypted and processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. Anti-Guide does not see, store, or have access to your full credit card or bank account details. Your financial data is handled in compliance with the highest security standards.
